Absolutely amazing!! Perfect for a wedding weekend!!

My father in law was visiting us from Washington State and we wanted to do a quick and easy getaway while he was on the East coast. This house was perfect for our group of 4. Beautiful home. Nice open layout. We loved the game room in the basement too! I would highly recommend this home.

This is a beautiful home. The single-level layout was ideal for my parents, who are in their 70s, as well as my aunt visiting from out of state. The house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, spacious, and especially the kitchen — it was huge and had everything we could possibly need. We cooked a family dinner and didn’t have to worry about a single thing, from cookware to paper towels and even dishwasher pods. Also, having laundry supplies provided (Tide pods) was such a thoughtful touch. We also appreciated the beach chairs, and just brought along two more for our group. The space was so comfortable that we honestly didn’t want to leave. No more than a three minute drive to the beach and we parked for free. If I had to suggest one thing, it would be adding a fire pit, but overall this was truly a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

Very spacious and comfortable for 8 guests. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for beach and cooking in the evenings! It was also clean and well kept. Gabriel was very responsive with any questions we had. We’d stay here again!

We absolutely loved it here. We stayed with our children for a baseball tournament that was in Portland and the location was perfect. We also loved how close it was to all the attractions at OOD. The neighborhood was a great location if you love to golf or walk. The house was amazing, and exactly as described. We will be back.

I was so very impressed by this place. I would highly recommend staying there. They had everything that you could wish for including a huge game room for the kids. They also left a wonderful gift box for us on our entry.

We love our stay so much! We are a family with 2 kids and we are traveling with the grand parents, and the house makes everyone happy. The owner put a lot of effort into preparing the houses and they thought of everything we need. They have all the cooking ware we need and the bathrooms are very clean. The location is great, 5min drive to the beach with grocery stores close by. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful. Overall the house is great and we are looking forward to come again.

My family and I had a wonderful time. This was our first vacation with the new edition to our family.. our 3 month old baby boy! It was so comfortable and such a warm inviting atmosphere. It felt like home but with a taste of luxury. There was something for everyone to enjoy, whether that be hanging on the back porch or playing the 50 different types of board games they offer. My kiddos had a blast! I would highly recommend this stay. You have the basics close by (Dunkin, my go too) and right down the road you can go enjoy the beach and pier! I can’t wait for next summer and will definitely be back here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The layout of the home is fantastic with all of the bedrooms feeling very private and quiet even when people are in the common areas. There was a heat wave during our stay but we were very comfortable with all of the provided window AC units (which worked quite well) along with the ceiling fans. We also appreciated lots of thoughtful touches -- like two beach towels and chairs and sunscreen, as well as a welcome basket. My kids spent a lot of time playing ping pong in the basement as well. The home is centrally located -- it seemed like it was less than 10 minutes away from everything we wanted to do, which was great. Also, Gabriel's communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. We highly recommend this home!

What a wonderful week we had at the Dunes! The home was so comfortable, impeccably clean, and convenient. The decor was lovely and modern and the home was very spacious. Every detail was perfect, including all the landscaping, air conditioning, laundry facilities, comfortable beds, beach chairs and towels, TV access, games in the basement and more. Gabe was the perfect host - communicating every step of the way to make sure we had a great stay. We are so thankful for a truly beautiful week with our family at the Dunes, and would highly recommend !

This house really lived up to expectations! Our group of 8 was extremely comfortable and had a great time relaxing here. The guys in our group took advantage of the golf course and the beach was only a 5 minute drive from us. We went into Portland twice because the location was so close! Plus Gabriel is extremely responsive and accommodating. We had one tiny issue that was solved immediately and easily. Everyone in the group kept saying how much they loved the house, we would definitely book here again!

Great place to stay, and we have stayed in a lot of units all over the East coast! Gabriel was quick to respond, and was a fantastic host. I don't know that we could have stayed in a better place, for us at least, where we could enjoy golfing and what the region has to offer, in a more comfortable way!!

We stayed at Gabriel’s house for a weekend. Gabriel was always available if any questions or concerns came up. The house was in a convenient area- close to the beach, stores, restaurants and about 20 minute drive to Portland. The neighborhood was quiet. You may see golf carts riding by but it wasn’t an issue. The house was stocked with what would you need to cook at home, do your laundry and bathroom items- soaps, etc. The beds were comfortable and plush. The home is pricey but it’s relative to other homes in the area. We had a great weekend!

My family and I loved our stay. Very convenient (especially if you golf), quiet, very comfortable, clean, modern and spacious for our family of 4. Gabriel is very fast with responding to my inquiries and is a gracious host. The kitchen is well appointed and even has a HUGE pot for lobsters. Just a minor suggestion is to provide another set of lobster crackers and picks. LOL. As for eating out, we enjoyed two restaurants per Gabriel’s guide to OOB. I hope we can reserve this house again for next year. Thank you, Gabriel!

Gabriel was great! He was very communicative his residence was delightful. The place was clean and well-kept.The property is on a golf course and quite near the beach. The property is also accommodating for large parties. Five stars!

Fabulous new house with new, comfortable furnishings. In a quiet neighborhood. Warm, hospitable touches like blankets, outside seating, flowers, plenty of washcloths and towels. One issue was handled quickly before we even brought it up.

We had an amazing family gathering this past weekend. The house rented was above our expectations. Very clean and spacious. We were only 1.5 miles away from Old Orchard Beach (about 5 mins by car). The house is located in a very peaceful golf course area, and we were able to enjoy our time together as a family. Thank you Gabe for the near immediate responses to our questions, and for the detailed information and instructions about the house. We definitely are looking to come back and use the same place as not only is it convenient and close to the beach, but most importantly provided the perfect setting for a truly enjoyable family vacation.
