We picked this house, because our niece was getting married at Dunegrass and we wanted to be close by. This place is very nice - matches the photos and description and then some. Our kids made use of the games in the basement. The kitchen/living area is so nice and where we spent most of our time when family would come by to visit. We are a family of six and we had plenty of space to unpack and relax. The backyard is also very nice, with a large dining table and grassy area.

Gabes place was ideal location with our daughters wedding at Dunegrass. It was perfect size for our family and we loved the backyard space where we could hang out.

The house was clean and we liked that there were 2.5 bathrooms. However, the lock of the first floor guest bathroom didn’t work, which was a bit inconvenient because we were staying with our friends. This house is spacious and bright. And it is toddler friendly. And we like that the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The location is also nice. It takes 5 minutes to drive to Old Orchard Beach and 10 minutes to Pine Point Beach. It takes about 20-25 minutes to drive to Portland, which isn’t bad at all.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as advertised. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of amenities that it came with, especially in the kitchen. Check-in instructions were very clear and Gabe was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this place for a trip to Old Orchard Beach.
